Tim gets angry when father wants to keep his job
Attendance at hearings is important and mandatory. However, to express such anger towards a father who is also at risk of imprisonment if he does not earn enough to pay child support is irrational and unseemly behavior for a family court judge. Tim Philpot is a judge in Fayette County Family Court, Lexington Kentucky.
