Judge Timothy Philpot is peeved by tragic infanticide in his court. Perhaps he should focus his diligence and time on his court cases instead of hurrying to catch the plane to his next book signing or male hug-fest. Tim Philpot is a judge in Fayette County Family Court, Lexington Kentucky.
