Keep a mistress for hanky panky says Tim

Tim says keep a mistress for love so the wife can do her work
Judge Timothy Philpot lectures his audience on the history of marriage. He says that marriage has been most robust when men look outside for love, and keep wives for practical stuff like cleaning, cooking and changing diapers. Tim Philpot is a judge in Fayette County Family Court, Lexington Kentucky. In this video is an extract of his public speeches given to the Francis Asbury Society in Wilmore, Kentucky in which he describes his experiences in family court.
