Everybody hurts, somebody always cries if Tim has his way in family court
Judge Timothy Philpot thinks that people not crying enough is a big problem in family court. Therefore, he holds hearings to determine if the couple really has a good reason before granting a divorce. Guess what - somebody always cries. Tim Philpot is a judge in Fayette County Family Court, Lexington Kentucky. In this video is an extract of his public speeches given to the Francis Asbury Society in Wilmore, Kentucky in which he describes his experiences in family court.
