Judge Timothy Philpot is always on the lookout for little servant girls who need Jesus but sometimes, he thinks he’s too bashful.  Tim Philpot is a judge in Fayette County Family Court, Lexington Kentucky. In this video is an extract of his public speeches given to the Francis Asbury Society in Wilmore, Kentucky in which he describes his experiences in family court.

    A Family Court judge proselytizing to those he considers below him - as a side job from his main job paid by taxpayer, including that "little servant girl"?
