God’s booty call
Tim Philpot is a judge in Fayette County Family Court, Lexington Kentucky. This video is an audio recording of a speech he gave to a religious business group in Belfast Northern Ireland on September 12th 2016. While some of the statements might be regarded as merely odd by many people, many criminal justice and mental health professionals may recognize some themes as classical forms of “grooming” carried out by religious authority figures who abuse their victims by blurring the distinctions between worship and sexual subjugation, and between  passion and eroticism.

Janet is described as “A typical young lady who got pregnant and became eligible for government benefits and knew the father was in jail. A drug addict, with six kids by five women.
